OK, perhaps marginally more constructively this time.
Is it critical to use Nov 91?
According to an MS support lifecycle document [1], Windows 3.1 was
released in March 1992 and support ended at the end of 2001.
You can find similar info for other MS client products at [2]. It goes
no further back than Windows 3.1, so presumably there wasn't really
any Windows in 1991. However, the Wikipedia article on Windows 2.0
says it was released Nov 1987 and support ended at the end of 2001, to
which I say "citation necessary". It wasn't as though anyone ever used
Windows 2.0 or even 3.0 anyway.
