[Info-vax] SAMBA really sloooow on OVMS Integrity. Any Ideas????

I just upgraded a customer from V1.1 to V1.1-1 and there was a small but
noticeable improvement in response time. As I remember when we converted
from Advanced Server on Alpha to Samba/Itanium it seemed a little slower
but not as much as you are seeing.
The delay you are seeing in starting to copy a file sounds like some
sort of nameserver or network/firewall problem. Have you tried FTP to
see if there is a stall in logging in?
