Never heard of GSOAP, I´ll check if its in OVMS bundle on libs
already installed, but for now C or DCL just to make the least mark,
still have to handle the "stateless" of HTTP, but ignoring that as I
think I can rely on the state of the socket.
And it will come in handy for other tests, never figured out how to
use network (other than decnet) with dcl, but its sort of the same
then...
but this goes as a service, the decnet one was called on.. (set time,
used for NTP for some old VAX that dont know NTP)
