OK, but that was SOAP for web services, just want a simple web server
tweaked to play nice to a smart phone... and want to be able to pull
it in to a fortran project.

But the DCL was amazing, would have tested it but all dat got lost on
a ACL problem submitting to a  batch queue and nothing happens (when
the DLC resubmits)
got it at last, but somenone turned off all logging (well most) in
operator.log so I was blind, bur some reply/ena and setting the audit
back to what it should be and... TADA ;)

Didnt eaven know that if it cant write to the log file it does exactly
nothing, just dies..

Well, now I know...
