I especially loved printers of that era that required one key to be
pressed to change the value of one of the digits in the IP address and
another to advance to the next digit. When you got to the end of the
address, you'd better press the correct key or all your changes would be
lost! And I loved moving the DCPS lab so much over the years and
changing the addresses on fifty printers, each with its own method of
changing the address.
I liked the ones you could talk to via AppleTalk since the HP LaserJet
Utility since those took twenty seconds, max.
