We are not in a democracy, we are in a corpocracy. The good of the
corporations is more important to government than the good of the
people. It is corporations which dictate national policy.


Governmebnt should be there to protect people from corporations. Only
then can you set corporations "free" because the governmnet has set
boundaries to prevent corporatiosn from abusing people.

Telcos and cable are a very good example where without regulation, they
will act as a single monopolistic entity whose goal is to raise ARPU at
any cost and prevent any new entrant from succeeding.
