[Info-vax] Cluster boot delay

I'm getting a delay of 1 minute when booting the boot server on my 
two-node cluster.

The delay occurs at the beginning of the boot process - it waits for 1 
minute after the following message:

MSCPLOAD-I-LOADMSCP, loading the MSCP disk server

Does anyone know the reason for this delay and is there a fix for it?

(There is no malfunction; just a delay that slows the boot process.)
