That you can blame on the banksters for encouraging this enmasse flight
to foreign countries. Is there a tax on the corporations that moved to
China? I sort of doubt it. Businesses in the U.S. are heavily taxed.
Boeing corp. almost moved out of Washington State over the states
planned tax increases for Boeing. The state backed off as they knew it
would damage their economy. I'd say that JFK had already proven that
tax revenues increased when the taxes on businesses were decreased,
hence creating jobs. As far as the greed factor, again you can look to
the banksters that lobbied congress back in the 90s to repeal the
Glass-Steagler Act. After it was repealed the greed went rampant on the
stock markets and hence the dot.com bubble burst.
