This is indeed the biggest problem now. We still actively invest and
develop in VMS, but when the current team of system engineers, who are
all in their fifties, will retire, there will be nobody to take over.
There are almost no experienced engineers to find on the market 
anymore,
and newbies, with only a Linux and Windows background, are not
interested at all in developing VMS skills. We will probably be left
with an outsourcing solution only...
