NG won't go out right away, but around here thanks to EPA it will go
down within a few days if the outage is widespread enough.  Not likely
but possible.

Townhome.  HOA.  No external user-usable NG connection and no option
to put a permanent genset in place with a fixed NG connection.  The
tri-fuel unit is actually capable of running off NG, but that option
is not possible where we're at.
