Not an option.  Town home.  HOA.  No exterior structures/sheds/etc.
Best I can do is a (lockable) storage bench on our patio.  Now maybe I
could build one that would hold a moderate size propane tank; I doubt
any purchased one would hold more than a 30 or a couple of 20 pounders
but we're watching the clearance sales just in case.
