I know of some of the things that the Canadian gov't has done to turn 
around its failures but I don't believe that the assholes we call our
Congress have any interest whatsoever in anything but their own wealth
and well being, so I will not hold out hope that they will do anything
right to improve the current situation.  I'm not for tax breaks without
something that will help those that are still footing the crux of the 
tax burden and I'm also not for anything that will look like it's iso-
sationistic either.
