   On this side of the pond, the current federal debt almost exactly
   matches the income that did not come in due to the Bush tax cuts.

   Meanwhile, the "raise no taxes" Republicans are about to allow a
   broad tax cuts to expire while they defend the tax cuts for the rich.

   Oh, and it doesn't matter over here what you tell the conservatives,
   the only things they listen to are thier pre-conceived notions. 
   Reality is something thier god will fix, if we all just have enough
   faith.
