AEF only uses c.o.v. as his personal soapbox and sounding board for all of
his political bundespiel.  I'm beginning to wonder if he even has/had a VMS
system.  I do know one thing.  He can't trim a post and he's a top-posting 
fan trying to figure out how to post with the normal usenet status quo. ;)
