Then VMS would be a toy like the platform it runs on.  I've tried many of
the tablet offerings (iPad and the various Android based ones).  Save for
browsing (which leaves MUCH to be desired), what use are they?  The touch-
screen keyboards are a bitch to type on and any accidental touch upon the
screen sends the pointer off to where'er it's not intended.  My son gave
me an Android based tablet.  My intent is that I'll just turn it into an
internet radio turnkey solution for in the car so that I can listen to my
radio station.  However, I've not been too hyped to get that going as the
small ASUS netbook that's now performing that function is far more usable
on the vehicle's internet than anything on the Android tablet.
