To be fair, the standard deduction for NY is $7500 and you get $1000
exemption per dependent (but not for yourself). For NJ the exemption
is $1000 for yourself and $1000 for each dependent, but no standard
deduction on top of that. That compensates in part for the lowest tax
brackets being 4% for NY vs. 1.4% for NJ.

VMS tip: When using logical names, always add a trailing colon if it
is to be used as part of a generalized file-spec. Well, I think you
can omit it in some circumstances, but it doesn't hurt to include it.
But when using logical names for mail, queues, forms -- do not include
the colon.
