No doubt. Perhaps if a rich patron offered a couple grand to sweeten
the pot . . .

It's a good idea and I will keep an eye out, but don't hold your
breath. The LCDs I tried (all two or three of them) looked awful with
the VT525, which according to the datasheet puts out 800 pixels by 480
scan lines. I did not try a 800x600 monitor, though.
