[Info-vax] SSH/SSL problem after Alpha VMS 8.3 upgrade from 7.3-2

Yep, but generally the templates are extracted by the install, you just need to
copy and update them. Ah, BTW, I am not in bare VMS 8.3, but I installed 
Update 10 (At home I have the same config on a DS15A, VMS 8.3 + Update 10 , 
but it was a fresh install and I had no problems with ssh).
