[Info-vax] what is a good value for /CLUSTER_SIZE? (INITIALIZE and qualifiers)

Right.  So, using DDS and DVE to grow a shadow set cannot change its 
cluster size.

Right...

...but the old default scaled linearly with the disk size, probably to 
decrease overhead with the idea that one could afford to waste more on a 
large disk.
