   A reasonable first step might be to try the same URL
without the "11" or "13" in "forums11" or "forums13".  From
time to time, the system appears to get confused when
switching between them.  No bets.  The ITRC forum system is
pretty raggedy.  My favorite recurring problem is an inability
to deal with a posting from a "Preview" page, but backing up
to the original "Reply to message" page and hitting "Submit"
there works.

   On the bright side, at least most ITRC threads on
non-Windows topics don't degenerate into arguments about
Windows.
