A link I saved does not work...

A link off www.hp.com/go/openvms to the "ITRC forums" does appear to
work.

The primary difference is that my "saved" link is to "forums11" and
the actual link from the OpenVMS page is to "forums1" - but you end up
on "forums13"...

Seems as if "forums11" is down.  I had reported issues with formatting
and such on that portion of ITRC the other day and now, running  under
"forums13" it formats correctly.  So much of the web support at HP is
now done by "contract" groups and not the people responsible for the
product that it seems they get caught up with things and do not keep
them accurate or effective.
