These drives cannot be mounted at the time you mount the shadow set, this 
othen catches out some users.

Make sure DKB100 is not mounted and only shows up as Online then execute the 
following

MOUNT /system DSA2:  /SHAD=( $3$DKB100:) ds2

if this succeeds then issue

MOUNT /system DSA2:  /SHAD=( $3$DKB100:,$3$DKB200:) ds2
