[Info-vax] SET VOLUME

I am in the process of reconfiguring my hardware. I set up new nodes as
satellites and configured TCPIP for them. I then shut down the boot
server and removed one physical disk from a 3-member shadow set. The
idea is to connect this to a (former) satellite and boot from the
appropriate system root. After that goes OK and I have copied non-
system disks from the old boot server to the new (via shadow copy), I
can shut it down again and use the other two members to boot the other
two satellites.

So far, so good.

As part of this, I wanted to change some characteristics of the member
before booting from it, so I issued:

   $ set volume/nohigh/label=alphasys_110/limit _$33$DKB600:

This changed ONLY the expansion size limit. I then had to issue extra
commands to turn off highwater-marking and changed the volume label.

Bug or feature?
