OK, thanks.

The question arises, though, why this mechanism is different than that 
for the other files mentioned in SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE.

Other than SECURITY.AUDIT$JOURNAL, are there any other such files which 
a) cannot be relocated via logical names or b) can be, but the logical 
names are not mentioned in SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE?
