[Info-vax] moving SECURITY.AUDIT$JOURNAL off the system disk

Because it is clusterwide (not nodespecific)

ad a) the queue managers (SYS$QUEUE_MANAGER, ...)

You can set the QMAN$MASTER via the logical to another disk,
but the queue managers are defined within QMAN$MASTER
(done once with $ START/MANAGER dirspec /NAME=blabla/ON=nodelist)
but method should be mentioned in the template.

ad b) LAN$DEVICE_DATABASE

and maybe more
