[Info-vax] Respooling a TK50 Tape

I was one stuck with a TK50 that was half spooled and it got stuck. I
took it out, and there was plenty of magtape lying around on the floor.

Powering off the all mighty MVII and powering it back on caused the TK50
unit to pickup the slack and pull in all the loose tape (which I
carefully guided into the unit).

If your tape is already inside the cartridge, you could consider just
doing a DIR command on it. Remember that the TK50 has multiple tracks,
so it will reach end of tape multiple times, so you don't have to wait
for the DIR command to complete. However, doing a CTRL-Y may take an
hour to complete (still faster than the 6 hours to do a DIR command :-)
