The  applicant will be part of a development team that is responsible
for development, support, and documentation of the TRaCS 10
product.Working under the guidance of a Senior  Application Developer,
the applicant will be responsible for  programming, documenting, and
unit testing code for the
TRaCS project,  as well as general email and telephone support to
Troopers in the field.

Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including
production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers
have a  range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and
applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works
with the  Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist
on an as  needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer
requirements.


Required Skills

4+ Years of experience required in  VB.NET,SQL Server 2005/2008, SSRS
2005/2008,Object Oriented Design, Stored Procedures,Test Plans, and
conducting software testing.

3+ Years of experience in MS Visual Studio 2008.

Experience in Traffic and Criminal Software,XML and XSLT,Incident
Locator Tool (ILT), TANA GIS Mapping Layers and Remedy Help Desk
Support highly desired.
