Why did this change happen (and where is it documented)?
So far, I don't see the advantages...

The count of occurences of such inconsistencies are not going down
(but remain at a not so low level) so I still see a problem with ECO QA
(eg. the last master eco list of 84i had MUP V2 and MUP V1 listed
though V2 replaced V1 - and before this, there were other errors)...
