[Info-vax] percent merged

Normally, during a merge operation, SHOW DEVICE DK shows a percentage 
for each member, and the view is the same for all nodes.

Now, with 5 nodes in the cluster, I see, for one merging shadow set (and 
not for the other 3 merging shadow sets) 0% for one member and an 
increasing percentage for the other member, but only from one node.  All 
other shadow sets, as seen from this node, and all shadow sets on all 
other nodes, show the same percentage for all members.

Is this to be expected?  If so, why have I never seen it before?
