Now that Google Groups is getting back into sync with the
real world, I can catch up on all the entertainment I was
missing out on.
Be sure to let us all know when you find a Web browser
which solves this problem which I can use on my VMS system.

No, actually what they should not have done is convert any
text from a text-only forum into cute images in a forum which
supports cute images. But this whole forum migration reeks of
the kind of attention to detail and foresight which one might
expect from any organization where form is valued more highly
than function.
