Our university still has a cheap Campus agreement for some systems
(mainly to get the media) but it includes software support.This helps me
to report bugs and get them repaired.
I tried to log a formal case for the forum post problems (also using
CSWB) but it failed saying "the service is not available at the
moment.I'll try later today and if it fails again, I'll use my phone to
log the case.
