That seems to be in contradiction with our support agreement.
They should provide NEW bug fixes for the currently supported version, which
is now 10.2.0.4.
If that means bundling multiple patches and naming that 10.2.0.5, then I
don't care. OTOH if Oracle don't like that, they should still provide
one-off patches, as they call them.
