[Info-vax] V/I64 R/W USB mass storage boot support?

I 've booted an Itanium rx2620 from an USB stick before, but it
did not boot nor work (if it booted) reliably.
Playing stupid, I filed a support case, but was told (expilicitly)
booting off a USB stick was not supported.

After that, I threw away all details, although it wasn't
anything fancy, something like an image backup massaged
with boot_options.
