MicroVMS 1.x was its own special thing.
MicroVMS 4.x was essentially regular VMS 4.x, with some omissions.
Yes, MicroVMS 4.x was missing the drivers for other buses.
It was also missing the SYSLOA* code for non-Micro machines.
It also had a modified LOGINOUT.EXE to limit logins. (At the time, full
VMS was unlimited logins.)
Another image was modified to limit DECnet options. I think it was
NETACP.EXE, but I could be wrong there.
When you bought a user license or an end node or routing network
license, the "license" you received was actually a replacement .EXE file.
