I believe the root of your problem is spelled WEENDOZE. I haven't had any
issues with OpenSSH assuming CygWin has been install on the WEENDOZE box.
I've blogged an article on how to use ssh with disparate Operating Systems
(Linux/Unix/Mac and OpenVMS) but since WEENDOZE isn't an Operating System,
I didn't cover it! :P Put CygWin on that WEENDOZE box and you can follow
all of the instructions for OpenVMS -> Linux to make it work.
