Hi VAX and Alpha Geeks, Nerds & Freaks in the World of VMS,

I'm looking for an advanced HobbyistAdmin for my little HobbyCluster
Starlet No. 77 at MARWAY.ORG -- The HobbyCluster has four Nodes now,
and a stand-alone SIMH-VAX w/ 512M Memory in Berlin, Germany. My plan
is, to realize a shadow'd System User Authorization etc. pp.

All Nodes hav' EXPECTED_VOTES=1, a PWS433au (Node IVANA) w/ VOTES=1
and the rest w/ VOTES=0 (A MV3180, a DS10 and a VS3138)
