Did they run SWS before?  I had no idea, never noticed it either.  I
think I did even specifically look the headers up, at the time.  (I
guess I didn't dig deep enough and only found out it was "Apache".)

The availability of the site wasn't exactly a success story, so maybe
it's better VMS has nothing to do with it anymore.  It's hardly good
advertisement for VMS.
