[Info-vax] Price/Value of Used VAX 4000/700

A local university has recently replaced a VAX 4000/700 with an Itanium 
server (still running OpenVMS). I'd like to make some sort of an offer
for the old VAX, just to keep it from going to scrap, but I've searched
the internet and can't find any kind of example prices. I'm thinking no 
more than a couple of hundred dollars if that much but I'd like to have 
some sort of evidence to show that's the going price. None on ebay now
so it's no help.

Any ideas?
