Looking at documentation, I'd say no. :-)
Hmm, don't know what the issue is.
It could be that you should not specify "*.*", since that might be 
construed as an explicit list of files to backup. Try only giving the 
directory instead?

Oh, and /modified don't really need to be specified, as it's the default 
in this case.
