[Info-vax] BACKUP - Why have these files been selected ?

Could it be that the directory itself (IAFBKP.DIR) was created/modified/no 
yet backed up ?
If so then is it as expected (not sure this is backup or VMS version 
dependent).
The directory itself has to be marked backuped to prevent selecting all the 
files for incremental backup.
