What, exactly, does "patch 5" mean to you?

With my weak psychic powers, I can see neither your old IP
configuration nor your new one, nor can I guess what,
exactly, "failed to complete" means in this situation. It's
nice that you believe that something "was as it should be",
but, while your opinion might be interesting, it's not
perfectly conclusive.
As usual, showing actual commands with their actual output
can be more helpful than vague descriptions or
interpretations.

info, then I might have some hope of guessing what might
cause anything. But I have approximately no useful
information at all.
