While a single port is better than nothing, there needs to be confidence
that this isn't a one time port and that there will be a continuous
upgrade process to follow what goes on in the industry.

Integrating VMS in the real code source would be best so that if/when HP
drops the ball on it, someone else can continue to produce VMS binaries
of the main source code.
