Microsoft supplies the "Flip for Mac" software that provide support for
.wmv videos. (but if you are not careful, it also install that
Silverlight thing without telling you).

Flip For Mac is unable to play that video.  Perhaps I need to upgrade
that software but I don't bother because it works for what is left of
.wmv files I still see.

It is just strange to still see people produce proprietary file formats
that don't play on any platform.
