[Info-vax] FTP/SSL from OpenVMS (client) to Unix Filezilla (server) failure

Tried that too and it does not work either

There sure is a difference: when I do "set passive on" OpenVMS FTP command, it does not send a port command after I enter the "dir" command. It sends a PASV command instead ....as expected???

Below is the console log:

Passive is ON.
