[Info-vax] FTP/SSL from OpenVMS (client) to Unix Filezilla (server) failure

I have used OpenVMS 8.3 TCPIP V5.7 ECO3 FTP/SSL to connect to (Windows Server) FILEZILLA and it works but with limitations:

1. After successful ASCII mode PUT the session terminates
 
2. BINARY mode PUT works as expected
 
3. ASCII mode GET works as expected
 
4. BINARY mode get fails with:
%TCPIP-E-FTP_OUTPROCF, error processing output file xxx -RMS-F-RSZ, invalid record size
