[Info-vax] BACKUP/IMAGE, Empty directories and /IGNORE=NOBACKUP

   I remember some fuss over /ignore=alias.  I don't recall anything
   with /ignore=nobackup or empty directories.

   Now, if you set the directory file /nobackup, that would fix it.
