[Info-vax] Hopelessly Pathetic Hardware Parts

This saga just keeps on getting better and better!  Not better in the
sense that my request for the missing screws be rectified -- hell no!
Better in the sense that this is just all too FN ridiculous that it'd
be great material for a TV sitcom.

I received an email from HP_LAPTOP_SUPPORT asking for more information
on my Envy (My Full Name, Envy Model, Part No., Serial No., Operating
System, Purchase Date, etc.).  I obliged them as silly as this request
seemed.  I'd even supplied them with my order number along with their
request for purchase date.

Hopelessly Pathetic replied back stating they could not find my order
in their system!  Oh, joy!  There goes my 2 years of warranty support.
In addition, they told me that they could not provide me support until
I'd reinstalled WEENDOZE!!!  WHAT???  FOR FOUR FUCKING SCREWS!!!  Oh,
I get it... WEENDOZE, I won't get my screws but I will get screwed!

This is now why I have vowed to NEVER EVER purchase another Hopelessly
Pathetic product!  These people don't belong in business -- they belong
in government!!!  At least there, complete incompetence _IS_ expected!

Hopelessly Pathetic!  Dumber than a box of rocks!
