If this is a laptop, then the screws will be m series metric. Most likely
m2, m2.5 or m3. I guess this must be the 4 screws that hold the hard drive
into the caddy ?. Or, if these are the screws to hold the caddy in the 
machine,
then do the screws that you have fit both the hard drive and caddy
supports ?. If so, then you can look up the hard drive part number, get the
data sheet, which will tell you the screw holes tapped size.

If you get what i'm driving at :-).

Have boxes of m series screws in the lab here and could send you some if we
knew what size they were.
