[Info-vax] lost contact with eva controllers

well came in and took a look at the controllers and answered a few question that were asked, I did have logs not sure anymore... do have screen shots of errors...

my disks are not alright lost one shadow set member and the system disk is in a mount verify state :-( 
these were the only 2 mounted due to a reboot of a cluster network switch...

And initially did a stop and start then a full restart of server...

And just looked at the front of the controllers and have the following
