[Info-vax] lost contact with eva controllers

Greetings!

At this point, you might try restarting the EVA.  That is affected by powering 
off of the disks and controllers, then powering up the disks only.  After they 
are up, restart the controllers.  Powering up the entire EVA does not always work.
